Las Vegas 2008...a brief retrospective

The 2008 Vegas Fest is over a week already and we're still buzzing!

First off, a HUGE thank you to ex-Wings drummer Steve Holly, for filling in for Chris during the shows. It was an honor to share the stage with one of the most professional drummers out there. And, to top it off, he is one of the nicest people on the planet!

The shows were great...Donovan was mesmerizing, Spencer Davis ROCKED, Billy J. Kramer was on top of his game and Mark Hudson brought the house down! Then we had some special guests: Neil Innes showed up on Sunday Night to join us for a few Rutles' tunes, Mark Hudson's brother Brett came up and played on Monday night and Paul Revere and the Raiders' bassist, "Fang" Volk jammed with us on Tuesday.

All in all it was a memorable three days in Vegas and we look forward to doing it again next year!!

Jersey Summer Beatles Bash!

Just a reminder...

Glen Burtnik and Friends will be performing the Beatles' White Album in its entirety, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of its release. Joining Glen will be Drew Hill and John Merjave from Liverpool, Marshall Crenshaw, Marc Muller and Bob Burger, just to name a few!
